How it works

Simple, transparent support

At every stage you know what has been delivered, what remains to be done and what it costs.

  1. 1

    Understand your business

I listen to your constraints and pain points before talking technology.

  2. 2

    Scope and estimate

A clear specification and a detailed quote: what, when, how much.

  3. 3

    Build in stages

Regular releases you test, so adjustments happen early.

  4. 4

    Acceptance and go-live

Testing, acceptance, a supervised release, data migration if needed.

  5. 5

    Maintain and evolve

Monitoring, backups and new features: your tool keeps serving you.

Artificial intelligence

Agentic engineering: AI under an engineer's control

AI helps me execute. It does not design your software and decides nothing for me.

Engineer first. AI executes; I design, decide, review and prove.

I do not delegate my understanding: every change is reviewed, and I keep the final say.

What's in it for you

Shorter lead times

AI takes on the repetitive execution: a usable version sooner.

Controlled quality

Every change is reviewed, tested and checked. Nothing ships without approval.

A documented, maintainable tool

Specs and documentation evolve with the code: your tool stays easy to pick up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What I'm asked most often before a project starts.

Why not an AI or no-code tool?

Great for prototyping. The hard part comes next: connecting your software, handling permissions and edge cases, migrating your data, fixing things without breaking others. If one is enough, I'll tell you.

How long will my project take?

A few days for a prototype, several weeks for a business application, delivered in stages.

How do you put a quote together?

After a first conversation: a short specification and a quote by batch (scope, schedule, price).

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do: code, repositories, hosting, domains and service accounts, documentation included.

Do you take care of hosting and maintenance?

If you want: deployment, monitoring, backups, or a rollout on your own infrastructure.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both: remotely anywhere in France, on site around Toulouse.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes: a review of the code and data, then gradual evolution rather than a risky rewrite.

What role does AI play, and does my code stay confidential?

AI speeds up execution; I design, I review and I stay responsible. No secret is handed to it, and the code stays in your repositories.
